We are happy to share with you our Open Call for Erasmus study mobility (first semester, full academic year and second semester), for the academic year 2026-2027.
You can find on our website all the information related to this open call and to all the necessary documents and stept you need to follow.
OPEN CALL from 1st of May until the 31st of May 2026 (22:00 RO time)
The Nomination is done via form submission here (if already nominated, please do not nominate again).
The application is made exclusively online, please check the Open Calls section on the Home page to check the application session. In order to apply, students are requested to click on the Apply Now button, create an account, fill in the information requested, upload the required docs and finalize the application. Once the students applied they will see the status of their application in Pending which is a confirmation of the application(info HERE )

Steps to Apply :
– click on Apply Now on our website for Erasmus, create an account (the students will be directed to our Academica Digital platform)
– choose the session opened for students from Member and Associated Countries to USAMV
– fill in the information and upload the documents required

-Proposal for learning agreement. Our university uses the EWP system, therefore we invite all your wannabe Erasmus at USAMV CN to use OLA in order to submit their learning agreement. If your university has not yet finished settings for OLA, the students are requested to upload the learning agreement into their Account in Academica platform. If you use OLA , please do NOT upload the learning into the platform.

– Confirmation/certificate of language competence (our university accepts all types of language certificate, we recommend B2 level for English/French)

- Accommodation:
– Student residence accommodation (approx. €110/month), subject to availability.
– These are our dormitories, and usually the Erasmus students are accommodated in dorm no. 8.
